Serge Ethuin heading the most ecological palace hotel in the world

The Metropole Monte-Carlo located right in the heart of the Principality of Monaco on the French riviera was rewarded as the best ecological hotel in the world.
This very unique palace hotel was also nominated in the Best Hotel Suite in the world with its Carré D’Or Suite fully decorated by interior designer Jacques Garcia.

–  When did Metropole Monaco top management decide to establish a real sustainability policy ?

–  Many hotel managers talk a lot about ecology but in reality it is very difficult to evaluate their real actions either physically or financially. Can you tell us about the financial or physical cost of this unique sustainability policy?
