LE BRISTOL PARIS – WHERE THE WALLS WHISPER STORIES
A secret room where a Jewish architect hid during World War II, two unusual tenants, Fa-Raon and Kléopatre, which are actually two cats who own their own apartment…, sleeping at Le Bristol is an extraordinary experience and it implies much more than mere aesthetic appreciation.
It’s not surprising that Le Bristol was chosen by Woody Allen as the setting for the iconic film “Midnight in Paris”. The famous dialogues of the two leading actors took place in the so-called “Panoramic Suite” and the filmmaker himself stayed at the hotel while the movie was filmed. No other place represents the glamour of Paris and its history as well as this one.
At Le Bristol, client satisfaction is essential: a true army of professionals, 600, of 74 different nationalities, are dedicated to satisfying any desire the client might have and ensuring excellence down to the last detail. One of the concierges explains to us: “The service here is not exceptional, it’s out of this world”.
Le Bristol has some of the best professionals in the world in various fields: chef Éric Fréchon, who has received 4 Michelin awards, 3 for the gastronomic restaurant “Epicure” and one for the Brasserie “Faubourg 144”, a true achievement in the hospitality industry.
Chef Fréchon has been honoured twice in 2008 and 2012 with the award of Best Restaurant in a hotel in Europe for Epicure at Villegiature Awards.
At the bar we find a true professional when it comes to cocktails, Maxime Hoerth, who was considered the best in Europe in this category at Villegiature Awards 2015. His alchemist skills are well worth a visit to the Le Bristol bar with his unique team composed of Lou, Simon and Valentin.
and…do not miss, just in front of the Bristol palace hotel, the brand new GRAND MUSEE DU PARFUM that exposes with unique technologies the way french produce their so famous fragrances like Chanel N°5, Hermes Cologne , or Guerlain Shalimar and other so well-known parfumes. It is located just in front of the hotel entrance and not far also from an eye-catching luxury Baccarat boutique on the same side of the sidewalk.
