2015年10月19日（日本時間20日午前)、フランス・パリで、ホテルの国際コンクール「プリ・ヴィレジアトゥール」（Prix Villegiatre　Awards）の授賞式が開催され、帝国ホテル東京が「最優秀アジアホテル賞（Best Hotel in Asia）」部門で2015年度のグランプリを受賞しました。
